Meghalaya HC Suspends Judgment Passed by Trial Court in POCSO Case - (17 Jun 2025)

Meghalaya High Court has suspended a judgment and sentence passed by a Trial Court in a POCSO case and directed the Court to first determine the issue of juvenility of the accused.
