Delhi HC: Sibling Not Ipso Facts Disentitled from Claiming Compensation under DVCS - (17 Jun 2025)

Delhi High Court has clarified that under the Delhi Victims Compensation Scheme, 2018 (DVCS), sibling whether married or unmarried or children of such siblings are not ipso facto disentitled from claiming compensation.
