Bombay HC Refuses to Quash Order Refusing to Recognise TikTok as Well Known Trademark - (16 Jun 2025)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Bombay High Court has refused to interfere in an award passed by the Registrar of Trade Marks refusing to recognize "Tik Tok" as a well known Mark under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 after noting that the application is banned in India.
