SC Seeks Details of Alleged Fake Encounters in Manipur - (08 Jul 2016)

Supreme Court, while asking amicus curiae to furnish details of alleged fake encounters in Manipur, has said that Army or Paramilitary Forces cannot use “excessive and retaliatory force” in Manipur and such instances must be probed.
