SC Refuses to Take Lenient Approach in Matter Where a Lawyer Abused a Lady Judicial Officer - (11 Jun 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while refusing to take lenient approach in a matter where a lawyer abused a lady judicial officer, has stated that today, majority of our officers in Delhi are women and they will not be able to function if somebody can get away like this.
