Delhi High Court Releases Draft Arbitration Rules, 2023 - (06 Jun 2025)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has released Draft Arbitration Rules, 2023 that lay down the procedure to be followed at the time of moving petitions and application under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and has invited objections regarding the same.
