Delhi HC Sets Aside Ruling to the Extent of Restraining Indiamart to Provide ‘PUMA’ Search Option - (05 Jun 2025)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court has allowed Indiamart to provide registered trademark “PUMA” as search options in its drop down menu presented to prospective sellers and stated that Indiamart shall take down all infringing listings containing the PUMA marks.
