J&K HC: Mere Registration of Criminal Case Doesn’t Constitute ‘Criminal Proc.’ for Impounding Passpor - (05 Jun 2025)

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has held that mere registration of a criminal case does not amount to proceedings for impounding passports and for proceedings to be treated as pending, a chargesheet must be filed.
