NCLAT: Suspended Management of CD is Prohibited from Deploying the Funds of Corporate Debtor - (03 Jun 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that the Corporate Debtor’s suspended management is strictly prohibited from deploying the funds of the Corporate Debtor unilaterally either directly or indirectly, without the authorisation of the Interim Resolution Professional.
