Kerala High Court Allows Petition by Transgender Couple Seeking Issuance of New Birth Certificate - (03 Jun 2025)

Kerala High Court has allowed a petition by a transgender couple that sought the issuance of a new birth certificate for their child mentioning the couple as just ‘parents’ of the child and not as ‘father’ and ‘mother’.
