Allahabad High Court Declares Arrest of Accused Illegal for Non-Compliance of Article 22(1) - (03 Jun 2025)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has declared the arrest of two accused as illegal, in a money laundering case on the grounds that there was a non-compliance of the mandate of Section 50 of the CrPC and Article 22(1) of the Constitution of India.
