Delhi HC: Absence of Deceased’s Train Ticket Cannot Negate Legitimacy of Compensation Claim - (02 Jun 2025)

Delhi High Court has observed that if there is absence of train journey ticket of a deceased person it cannot reject the legitimacy of the claim for compensation especially when credible evidence exists of ticket purchase.
