Rajasthan HC: Arbitral Award Beyond Express Terms of Contract is Patently Illegal - (02 Jun 2025)

ARBITRATION

Rajasthan High Court has held that an arbitral award granting relief beyond the express terms of the contract is patently illegal and is liable to be set aside under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
