INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court has passed a john doe order in favour of Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, founder of Isha Foundation protecting his personality rights against rogue websites and unknown entities from misusing his personality traits through the use of Artificial Intelligence.
