SC: Wife Remaining Unmarried after Divorce Entitled to Maintenance Reflecting her Standard of Life - (02 Jun 2025)

SC has observed that the wife who remains unmarried after divorce and is living independently is entitled to a level of maintenance that is reflective of the standard of living she enjoyed during the marriage and which reasonably secures her future.
