Supreme Court Expresses Concern Over Delay by Delhi HC in Deciding Bail Plea - (30 May 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has stated that this Court has time and again emphasised the importance of the liberty of citizens. Time and again, it is said that there should not be even a single day's delay in deciding the matter pertaining to the liberty of citizens.
