Allahabad High Court Refers Question on High Court's Power to Quash FIR to 9-Judge Bench - (29 May 2025)

Allahabad High Court has referred the questions regarding High Court's power to quash an FIR and the ensuing investigation using its inherent powers under Section 482 of the CrPC to a nine-judge bench.
