Delhi High Court: It is Not Necessary to Use Trademark in Physical Form - (29 May 2025)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court has clarified that it is not necessary to use a trademark in a physical form and it may be used in any other relation to goods.
