Delhi HC Calls for SOP for Implementation of Online Processes in Various Forums Under Labour Laws - (29 May 2025)

Delhi High Court has called for adoption of standing operating procedure by the Centre and Delhi Governments for implementation of facilities for online processes and proceedings in various forums under the labour laws.
