SC Upholds P&H High Court’s Direction to Construct Verandah and Kutcha Parking Area - (29 May 2025)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has upheld the direction issued by Punjab and Haryana High Court allowing the construction of a verandah and kutcha parking area within the High Court premises and stated that such construction is absolutely justified and would not violate the UNESCO guidelines.
