Delhi HC: Encroachers Can’t Claim Right to Continue Occupying Public Land Pending Resolution - (28 May 2025)

Delhi High Court has observed that encroachers have no vested right to claim continued occupation of public land pending the resolution of their rehabilitation claims under the applicable policy.
