SC to MP HC: Retirement Age of District Judges Can be Enhanced to 61 Years - (27 May 2025)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has asked the Madhya Pradesh High Court to take an administrative decision on enhancing the retirement age of District Judges to 61 years and stated that there is no difficulty in taking such decision.
