Supreme Court: Can’t Reject Plaint Merely because One Relief is Barred - (27 May 2025)

Supreme Court has observed that a plaint cannot be rejected merely because one of the reliefs sought is barred by law provided that the other reliefs are maintainable and arise from distinct causes of action.
