SC Issues Notice to Centre for Implementation of Child Victim Compensation Scheme - (27 May 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has issued a notice to the Central Government in a plea seeking implementation of the child victim compensation scheme for victims of crime addressing their needs under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
