NCLAT’s Liberty to File Fresh Application Doesn’t Permit Alteration of Date of Default - (26 May 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that NCLAT granting liberty to a party to file fresh application which failed to pursue the first appeal, does not give the party right to change the date of default at its convenience.
