Supreme Court: Maternity Benefits Are a Part of Reproductive Rights - (26 May 2025)

SERVICE

Supreme Court while setting aside order of Madras High Court which denied maternity leave to a government teacher for the birth of her third child, has held that maternity benefits are a part of reproductive rights and maternity leave is integral to maternity benefits.
