SC: Describing Any Court as “Lower Court” is Against the Ethos of Our Constitution - (26 May 2025)

ADMINISTRATIVE

Supreme Court has observed that the record of the Trial Court should not be referred to as “Lower Court Record” and describing any Court as a “Lower Court” is against the ethos of the Constitution of India.
