NCLAT: When No Objections Raised by Stakeholders Adj. Authority Not Justified in Rejecting Plan - (23 May 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that the Adjudicating Authority cannot reject the Resolution Plan under section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 when no objection to the valuation conducted of the Corporate Debtor is raised by any stakeholders.
