NCLAT: Only RP Allowed to File Application for Avoidance of Preferential Transactions - (23 May 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that only a Resolution Professional (RP) can file an application for avoidance of preferential transactions under Section 43 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
