SC: Up to Rank of APCCF, IAS Officers Can’t Write Annual Confidential Reports of IFS Officers - (22 May 2025)

DIRECT TAXATION

Supreme Court has held that Annual Confidential Reports of Indian Forest Service (IFS) officers cannot be written by officers in the Indian Administrative Service up to the rank of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (APCCF).
