SC Grants Bail to 65 Years Old Accused in Cheating and Forgery Case - (21 May 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while granting bail in a cheating and forgery case to a 65 year old accused suffering from 50% visual disability, has stated that it is unfortunate that in such cases accused has to travel up to Supreme Court for getting bail.
