Delhi High Court: In Matters of Medical Evaluation, Courts Should Exercise Restraint - (19 May 2025)

DEFENCE

Delhi High Court has observed that in matters of medical evaluation for appointment in armed force, courts should exercise restraint and avoid substituting their judgment for that of medical experts under its writ jurisdiction.
