Delhi HC: Waiver to Section 12(5) of Arbitration Act to be Given Once Tribunal is Constituted - (19 May 2025)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has observed that party giving no-objection to the applicability of Section 12(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has to give the no objection once the Arbitral Tribunal has been constituted.
