Supreme Court Has Asked States to Regularise Existing Court Managers - (19 May 2025)

CIVIL

Supreme Court while expressing concerns over Court Managers working on a contractual basis has directed that all States should regularise the existing Court Managers, subject to their passing the suitability test.
