SC Upholds Authority of CERC to Award Compensation for Delays - (19 May 2025)

ELECTRICITY

Supreme Court has upheld the authority of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission's (CERC) under Section 79 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for awarding compensation for delays in inter-state transmission projects.
