SC: Arbitral Tribunal Has Discretion to Include in Sum Awarded, Interest at Rate as it Deems Reasonab - (19 May 2025)

ARBITRATION

SC has observed that arbitral tribunal has discretion to include in the sum awarded, interest at such rate as it deems reasonable on the whole or any part of the money awarded for whole or any part of the period from the date on which the cause of action arose till the date on which award is made.
