Delhi HC: Conditional Order Must be Complied with Strictly - (16 May 2025)

CRIMINAL

Delhi HC while refusing to interefere in Sessions Court’s order forfeiting the fixed deposit of accused for failing to comply with conditions, has stated that once conditional order is passed permitting an accused to leave the country, such order must be complied with strictly and in its entirety.
