Delhi High Court: No Entitlement of Registration in India if Trademark Registered in Other Countries - (16 May 2025)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court has held that merely because a trademark is registered in other countries does not by itself entitle its registration in India.
