SC: High Time that Arbitr. Clauses are Phrased With Precision & Not Couched in Ambiguous Phraseology - (16 May 2025)

ARBITRATION

Supreme Court has observed that it is high time that arbitration clauses are phrased with precision and not couched in ambiguous phraseology and such willful and wanton wastage of judicial time is a practice that is highly deplorable.
