Supreme Court: No Bar on Attachment of Properties through IBC Moratorium - (16 May 2025)

INSOLVENCY

Supreme Court has held that there is no prohibition imposed on attachment of properties under the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors Act by the moratorium under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
