SC: Can’t Set Aside Arbitral Award for Lack of Jurisdiction if No Timely Objection Raised - (16 May 2025)

ARBITRATION

Supreme Court has held that once an arbitral award is passed and no objection as to the jurisdiction of the arbitral tribunal had been taken at the relevant stage, then the award cannot be annulled only on the ground of lack of jurisdiction.
