President Asks SC: Can Court Fix Timeline for President to Make a Decision on Bill Reserved to Her - (15 May 2025)

President Droupadi Murmu while making a 14 point reference to the SC under Article 143 of the Constitution of India has asked the Court if it can impose timeline for the President to make a decision on a bill reserved to her by the Governor in absence of a constitutionally prescribed timeline.
