BCI Notifies Amend. to Rules Allowing Law Firms & Lawyers to Practice Foreign Law in India - (15 May 2025)

CIVIL

BCI has notified amendments to the Bar Council of India Rules for Registration and Regulation of Foreign Lawyers and Foreign Law Firms in India, 2022 that intend to enable foreign lawyers & law firms to practice foreign law in India on the principle of reciprocity.
