Delhi HC: For Wrongful Availment of ITC, Rampant Misuse of S.16 Will Create Enormous Dent - (14 May 2025)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Delhi High Court has observed that to avail of ITC even when the output tax is not deposited, facility under Section 16 of the CGST Act has been misused. Such misuse, if permitted to continue, would create an enormous dent in the GST regime.
