SC: Use of Volume-Based Rebates Does Not Constitute Abuse of Dominant Position - (14 May 2025)

Supreme Court while dismissing Competition Commission of India’s plea challenging a glass manufacturing company's use of volume-based (target) rebates, has held that such rebates do not constitute an abuse of dominant position under the Competition Act, 2002.
