SC: Point-Based Assessment for Senior Designations to be Discontinued - (13 May 2025)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has directed that point-based assessment by the Permanent Committee for the purpose of senior designations shall not be implemented by the Supreme Court or the High Courts.
