SC Refuses to Interfere With Judgment that CCTV Can’t be Installed without Consent of Occupants - (12 May 2025)

Supreme Court has dismissed a Special Leave Petition filed against judgment of Calcutta High Court while held that parties cannot install CCTV cameras in a house without the consent of all the occupants as it would amount to violation of right to privacy.
