NCLAT: Under IBC there is No Provision Mandating RP to Share Valuation Report - (09 May 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 there is no provision that makes it mandatory for the Resolution Professional to share the valuation report with the suspended management of the Corporate Debtor.
