Delhi HC: In National Capital, Permission for Felling of More Trees to be Supervised by CEC - (09 May 2025)

ENVIRONMENT

Delhi High Court while hearing an application in a matter concerning preservation of trees in the national capital, has observed that permission for felling of 50 or more trees in the national capital will be supervised by the Central Empowered Committee (CEC).
