SC: Recommendations Made by SC Collegium for Judge Appointments to be Cleared Expeditiously - (09 May 2025)

ADMINISTRATIVE

Supreme Court while expressing concerns about unfilled vacancies in High Courts, has observed that Central Government needs to act and ensure that the recommendations made by the Supreme Court collegium for judge appointments are cleared expeditiously.
